Event Overview

We support experienced, determined and ambitious women with advice and insight into finding and positioning themselves for Non-Executive roles. We have a strong ethnic diversity, 30% of candidates at our recent events were women of colour and two have recently got FTSE250 NED roles.

 

Candidates will have the opportunity to meet and work with Chairs in a simulated board session, this is a key part of the day as not only will candidates get exposure to a group of Chairman/Chairwomen they may otherwise not have the opportunity to meet but they also get to “perform” in front of the chairs and showcase their skills.
